The Wise Man- Sage And St. Germain balanced with gin and lemon juice for a clear path to spirit enlightenment.

Awesome Sauce- Rye Whiskey, sweet vermouth, & Cointreau combine with our secret ingredient to refresh and stimulate your palate. 

Don's Old Fashioned- We're not talking about draper, but this classic is straight from the 60's. We mixed some Cedar Ridge bourbon for you. Treat yourself.

The Brooklyn- AKA the less well-known but equally delicious neighbor of the Manhattan. Cedar Ridge bourbon, dry vermouth, and maraschino will pleasantly surprise you.

Forty-Two-The answer to everything. Our Hitchhiker's Guide homage to the Long Island Tea Uses Midori, ginger ale, orange, and a splash of peach. "Is there any tea on this spaceship?"

Hemmingway Daiquiri-This classic cocktail consists of Rum (soon to be ClearHeart), dry vermouth, and maraschino. As interesting as the man himself who drand them "to make other people more interesting."

Rolling Basil Smash- Iowa grown sweet basil is shaken with Hendrick's Gin, St. Germain, and Benedictine to make a light aromatic cocktail with a fresh basil overtone.

Persephone Martini-PAMA Liqueur, Cointreau, Absolute and Chambord are combined with fresh Grapefruit and Pomergranate Juices. So good you'll want marry it

Salt of the Dog- The classic salty dog with spiced gin, a sprig of fresh rosemary and our house grapefruit cordial. Served in a martini glass with a salted rim for your sipping pleasure.

French 75- Mix some London dry gin and lemon juice; then top it with champagne and it's no surprise that this one's been around since WWI.


Tap: There will be six beers on tap; one will be from Lion's Bridge. They all will be seasonal and meant to go with the items the kitchen will be putting out. We will decide whats on tap over the next two weeks.

Our House Wine is Forest Ville for the Chard, and Cab and will update the rest next week.
